Services

Yooth Wellness provides clinician-led telehealth wellness programs, including GLP-1 weight management (Metabolic Reset) and peptide therapy (Glow Protocol). Our services include provider consultations, lab diagnostics, prescription therapies, and ongoing monitoring delivered remotely across all 50 states.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. During the intake process, we screen for medical contraindications. Enrollment is subject to provider approval based on your health profile.

Subscription & Billing

Programs require a 3-month initial commitment billed monthly. After the commitment period, your subscription continues month-to-month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time after the initial commitment by contacting your provider or our support team.

Medical Disclaimer

Yooth Wellness services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. However, telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Yooth Wellness and its providers are not liable for outcomes beyond those covered by standard medical malpractice provisions. We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes from our programs.
