What programs do you offer?
We offer two clinician-led programs: Metabolic Reset (GLP-1 weight management with required lab work) and Glow Protocol (peptide therapy for skin, hair, and nails with optional labs). Both include provider consultation, prescription therapies, and ongoing support.
How much does it cost?
Both programs are subscription-based at a monthly rate with a 3-month initial commitment. Pricing is shown during the intake process after your initial screening. You can cancel anytime after the commitment period.
Do I need lab work?
For Metabolic Reset, lab work is required to ensure safe prescribing. For Glow Protocol, labs are optional but recommended for the best results. We can work with your insurance or offer self-pay options for labs.
How long does the intake process take?
The intake form takes about 3 minutes to complete. After submission, a provider reviews your profile and you'll receive your personalized protocol within 24–48 hours.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted end-to-end and stored in HIPAA-compliant systems. We never share your health information without your explicit consent.
Can I use my insurance?
You can submit your insurance information during intake for lab work coverage. The program subscription fee itself is not billed through insurance, but many patients use HSA/FSA funds.
What if I'm not a good candidate?
During the intake screening, we check for medical conditions that may require in-person evaluation. If our screening flags a concern, a provider will personally review your case and reach out within 24 hours to discuss options.
How do I get my medication?
After your provider designs your protocol, prescriptions are sent to a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to your home. Lab kits are also mailed to you with prepaid return shipping.
