What is the Yooth Care Journey?
The Yooth Care Journey is our concierge longevity ecosystem. Every new client begins with the Yooth Onboarding Experience first, then moves into active optimization if clinically appropriate, then continues through either continued active optimization or long-term continuity.
How much does it cost?
Every new client begins with the Yooth Onboarding Experience at $599 one-time. If optimization is appropriate after onboarding, your provider recommends a plan based on your needs — pricing depends on your personalized care plan and is discussed during onboarding. Yooth Continuity is $199/month for long-term ecosystem access, dashboard visibility, lab uploads, biomarker tracking, historical protocol visibility, messaging access, and ongoing data visibility.
What is included in the $599 onboarding fee?
Onboarding includes comprehensive intake review, initial provider consultation, medical history and goal assessment, lifestyle and longevity evaluation, lab guidance and review planning, dashboard onboarding, supplement education, communication orientation, care coordination setup, and your personalized optimization roadmap. It is entry into the Yooth ecosystem, not treatment itself.
Are clients paying for products or medication?
No. Clients are paying for clinical interpretation, coordination, simplification, guidance, accountability, provider-led decision-making, and longitudinal monitoring. Any treatment recommendation is based on provider discretion and clinical appropriateness. Care is not sold by product count, vial count, or medication quantity.
Are labs included?
Lab costs, specialty testing, and advanced testing are not included unless specifically stated. Yooth helps guide lab planning, review results, coordinate mobile phlebotomy when appropriate, and use biomarker trends to support decision-making over time.
How does messaging work?
Messaging should happen through the client portal/dashboard. Non-urgent messages are generally answered within 24 business hours. Emergencies are not handled through chat or portal messaging, and clients should contact their physician, urgent care, or emergency services when urgent medical care is needed.
How do treatment recommendations and refills work?
When a provider determines that a prescription is clinically appropriate, coordination is handled through licensed third-party pharmacies. Yooth Wellness is a medical practice, not a pharmacy, and does not sell medication directly. Refill timing depends on clinical review, pharmacy processing, and patient-specific safety considerations.
What is Yooth Continuity?
Yooth Continuity is the long-term ecosystem layer for staying connected to your health data and care context over time after onboarding. It is not a medication package or product bundle. It supports continuity of care, portal messaging, dashboard access, lab uploads, biomarker tracking, historical protocol visibility, and longitudinal health tracking.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Yooth uses secure systems designed for sensitive health information. Your health data is handled carefully and is not shared without appropriate consent.
